Bug on high refresh rate monitors fixed(?)


After a lot of trial and error, I'm (pretty sure) that the issue of everything on the game running too fast on certain computers with high refresh-rate monitors has been fixed. The game tries to get you as close to 60FPS as possible so that everything behaves correctly. I can't test this myself to verify, so please let me know (a good indicator is if the lizard and axolotl run off the screen in the opening cutscene before the dialouge starts)
